HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track all of your orders in your account. Simply log in to your account page and search for the order id of the items you want to track. There you will find your tracking / consigment ID.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET

Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day and are sent on a Next Day service. You can simply log in to your account to see the tracking records for your order. Alternatively, if you are worried about any items you have still not received please contact us.

MY ORDER IS MISSING AN ITEM

If you have received your order and you believe that there is something missing from it, please first check the delivery note to be sure that the item is on the same order, not a separate one. If you still require assistance please contact us.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED YET?

You can view the status of your order in your account. If you are having trouble doing this please contact us.

CAN YOU DELIVER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

Your invoice address must be the address to which your card is registered. We can deliver to an alternative address. Simply enter the delivery address when you checkout.

I AM STILL AWAITING A REFUND

We do our best to process all returns within 24 hours of their arrival. You will be emailed once the return has been processed so you can be kept informed of the action taken.

If you have not received any emails then it is unlikely we have your return yet, but please rest assured that as soon as it is delivered to us we will process it as quickly as possible.

DO YOU DELIVER TO BFPO?

Here at ZUTTI.com we are extremely proud of the work our British Forces do for us all around the world. Yes we can deliver to BFPO. Please note that you must enter the address your card is registered to in your account. You can then enter a seperate delivery address when checking out.
